Named after a region of the same name in Greece, Arcadia is among the top ten most expensive real estate markets in the US. It has one of Southern California’s richest neighborhoods and has an estimated 57,939 residents with a population density of 5303.34 people per square mile.
Arcadia sits in the San Gabriel Valley and is about 13 miles away from Downtown Los Angeles. The city was incorporated in 1903.
