Beverly Hills was independently incorporated as a city inside the Los Angeles County in 1914. With the communities of Bel Air and Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills is the third neighborhood that makes up the Platinum Triangle. But out of these three communities, Beverly Hills has the highest number of residents as well as being the most densely populated. It is also the only Platinum Triangle neighborhood with a business district with Rodeo Drive being its most popular district for businesses.
Asides being associated with deluxe shopping, Beverly Hills also has a lot of important personalities and celebrities who have either lived there or are currently living in the city. Although Beverly Hills has five zip codes (90209, 90210, 90211, 90212, and 90213), 90210 is the most famous of all as it is the area with the most luxurious and expensive market for real estate.
