The city of Burbank is situated along the eastern fringes of the San Fernando Valley. Burbank covers areas around the floor of the valley to the Verdugo Mountains’ slopes. The city is divided into north and south by Interstate 5 (I-5). On the east of the city are the foothill and downtown neighborhoods while the western area borders the flatlands.
The four most prominent neighborhoods in Burbank are Media District, Downtown Burbank, Airport District, and Magnolia Park. If you want to enjoy some of the most breathtaking hiking trails, Burbank houses one of such in the Wildwood Canyon Park. Notable among the appealing attributes of Burbank are its top quality public schooling system thanks to the Burbank Unified School District (BUSD).
In terms of architecture, you will find many single-family ranch, craftsman, bungalow and revival style homes in the city.
