Located in eastern Los Angeles, Diamond Bar is bordered by the neighborhoods of Brea, Chino Hills, City of Industry, Pormona, Rowland Heights, and Walnut. The city was incorporated in 1989 and was named after a registered branding iron dubbed “diamond over a bar”.
Diamond Bar Boulevard is the city’s main road, with Brea Canyon Road, Golden Springs Drive, Grand Avenue, and Pathfinder Road being other major thoroughfares.
