Incorporated as a city in 1887, Monrovia has a population density of 2664.74 persons per square mile and an estimated 36331 residents. The city is situated in San Gabriel Mountain foothills of the San Gabriel Valley in LA.
Monrovia has elementary schools, middle schools that are publicly and privately owned. There is also a continuation school and high school that serve students in the area.
Foothill Boulevard and Hungtington Drive are the city’s major roads. Foothill Freeway (I-210) also services the Monrovia.
